Affiliate Terms and Conditions
JVT WELLNESS – AFFILIATE PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL
These terms and conditions apply to partners participating in the affiliate partnership program of JVT Wellness, i.e., JVT Production Oy.

By participating in the program, the affiliate partner agrees to these terms and conditions.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between JVT Wellness and the affiliate partner.
2. COMMISSION AND EARNINGS
The affiliate partner earns a commission on approved purchases made via their unique affiliate link.
The tracking period for an affiliate link is 30 days. Sales are recorded according to the technical tracking of the affiliate system.
If the same customer uses multiple affiliate links or discount codes generated by them, the commission is paid to the partner to whom the order is attributed based on the technical tracking of the affiliate system used by JVT Wellness.
Commission for a single order is paid to only one partner. The commission is not split between multiple partners.
The commission is determined based on the approved commission visible in the affiliate portal.
The commission is calculated from the tax-free product sales of the approved order.
Commission is not paid on VAT, shipping costs, gift cards, returned or cancelled orders, or orders that violate the terms.
From September 1, 2026, the approved commission shown in the affiliate portal is stated as an amount excluding VAT (0% VAT).
The commission percentage is shown in the affiliate portal and/or in a separate partnership agreement.
The base commission level for JVT Wellness is 25%, unless otherwise stated in the affiliate portal or a separate agreement.
JVT Wellness may determine the partner's commission level based on sales volume, quality of collaboration, and adherence to program terms.
3. INVOICING AND PAYMENTS
The affiliate partner must have the ability to invoice JVT Wellness via their own company, sole proprietorship, invoicing service, or another invoicing method approved by JVT Wellness.
The affiliate is solely responsible for the correct tax treatment of their invoice, invoice details, tax declarations, and other statutory obligations.
The affiliate partner must be registered in the Prepayment Register or use an invoicing service that is registered in the Prepayment Register.
By accepting these terms, the Affiliate Partner warrants that they, or the invoicing service they use, are registered in the Prepayment Register when invoicing for commissions.
If the Affiliate Partner is not yet in the Prepayment Register, they must register before invoicing for commissions or use an invoicing service that is in the Prepayment Register.
JVT Wellness only pays commissions against an invoice.
Invoicing practice:
- Invoicing occurs monthly.
- Commissions are invoiced with a one-month delay due to the 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
- The affiliate provides an invoice based on the approved commission visible in the affiliate portal.
- The payment term is 14 days from receipt of the invoice.
The minimum recommended invoicing amount is 50 euros.
JVT Wellness also pays approved commission invoices under 50 euros.
If the commission to be invoiced is less than 50 euros, the Affiliate Partner is primarily requested to postpone invoicing to the next billing period.
Commissions under 50 euros can be aggregated and billed in a consolidated invoice at least every three months.
However, commissions accrued during a calendar year must be invoiced no later than the end of February of the following year.
VAT treatment from September 1, 2026:
- The approved commission shown in the affiliate portal is stated as an amount excluding VAT (0% VAT).
- If the Affiliate Partner is VAT-registered, they add VAT to the commission shown in the portal on the invoice.
- If the Affiliate Partner is not VAT-registered, they invoice the commission shown in the portal as is, without VAT.
Example:
If the approved commission shown in the affiliate portal is 100 euros:
- A VAT-registered Affiliate Partner invoices 100 euros + VAT.
- A non-VAT-registered Affiliate Partner invoices 100 euros without VAT.
Commissions accrued before September 1, 2026:
Before September 1, 2026, the commission shown in the affiliate portal may have included VAT.
The tax-free amount to be invoiced for these commissions is obtained by dividing the commission shown in the portal by 1.255.
Example:
If the commission shown in the portal before September 1, 2026, is 100 euros:
100 euros / 1.255 = 79.68 euros
If the Affiliate Partner is VAT-registered, they invoice 79.68 euros + 25.5% VAT. The total invoice amount is 100 euros.
If the Affiliate Partner is not VAT-registered, they invoice 79.68 euros without VAT.
4. PROHIBITED MARKETING
The following practices are prohibited.
4.1 Brand Search Advertising
The affiliate is not permitted to use paid search advertising, e.g., on Google, Bing, or other search engines, for the following keywords:
- Search terms related to the JVT Wellness brand
- Atlas Care
- Coxa Care
- JVT Wellness
- current and future product names
- typos or variations of the brand
- combinations, such as "Atlas Care discount", "Atlas Care reviews", or similar searches
Exceptions are permitted only with prior written consent from JVT Wellness.
JVT Wellness reserves the right to interpret which search terms are considered related to the brand or products.
A violation may lead to immediate termination of the partnership and denial of commission.
4.2 Paid Social Media Advertising
The affiliate may not use paid advertising to market JVT Wellness products, product names, images, videos, discount codes, or the brand without prior written consent from JVT Wellness.
This applies, for example, to:
- Meta Ads
- TikTok Ads
- YouTube advertising
- Google Ads
- other paid advertising
4.3 Misuse of Discount Codes
The affiliate may not advertise a discount code without permission on discount, coupon, or offer services.
The affiliate may not create misleading offers.
The affiliate may not claim that an offer is valid if it has not been approved by JVT Wellness.
If an affiliate code spreads to coupon, discount, or offer services without JVT Wellness's permission, JVT Wellness may deny commissions generated with that code.
4.4 Misleading Marketing
The affiliate may not present false, exaggerated, or misleading claims about the products.
The affiliate may share their own experiences.
The affiliate may not promise medical effects, cures, or treatment of diseases.
The affiliate may not claim that the product replaces the assessment of a doctor, physiotherapist, or other healthcare professional.
JVT Wellness may request the affiliate to modify or remove content if it contains false, overly strong, or misleading claims.
4.5 Spamming
Email or other marketing without the recipient's consent is prohibited.
Mass mailing without consent will result in removal from the program.
4.6 Self-purchasing
The affiliate may not use their own affiliate link or discount code for their own purchases to receive a commission.
4.7 Collaboration Channels, Brand Safety, and Political Content
The affiliate partner must notify JVT Wellness of all social media channels, websites, and other publishing platforms where JVT Wellness products, trademarks, the affiliate link, or a discount code are used.
JVT Wellness strives to keep its brand and commercial collaborations politically neutral.
JVT Wellness may refuse to approve a collaboration channel whose public content focuses significantly and repeatedly on party politics, election or candidate messaging, political campaigning, or other active political influence.
An individual social or political post is not, as such, considered a political content focus.
The affiliate partner must notify JVT Wellness immediately if the content policy of an approved collaboration channel changes substantially to political during the contract period.
In such a case, JVT Wellness may approve the continuation of the collaboration, transfer the collaboration to another suitable channel, or terminate the collaboration in accordance with these terms.
Without prior written consent from JVT Wellness, JVT Wellness products, trademarks, the affiliate link, or a discount code may not be combined in the same publication or commercial entity with content aimed at party-political, election-related, or other political influence.
This term does not limit the affiliate partner's right to express personal opinions, participate in social debate, or publish political content in their own channels.
This term applies only to the commercial environment of the JVT Wellness brand and the conditions for continuing the collaboration.
Termination of the collaboration based on this section does not affect commissions properly accrued before the termination date.
5. PERMITTED MARKETING
The affiliate may:
- share their own experiences with the product
- create content for social media
- recommend the product to their own audience
- use marketing material provided by JVT Wellness
- use their own affiliate link and discount code in approved content
Content must be truthful, clear, and in accordance with these terms.
6. COMPETING COLLABORATIONS
The affiliate program is not exclusive. The affiliate partner may collaborate with other companies as well.
The affiliate partner may not combine JVT Wellness products, trademarks, the affiliate link, or a discount code in the same publication with a direct competitor's product.
The affiliate partner may not publish a commercial collaboration concerning a direct competitor's product during the seven (7) days before an agreed publication concerning JVT Wellness, nor during the seven days after, without JVT Wellness's written consent.
A direct competitor's product refers to a product that is essentially similar in purpose to the JVT Wellness product subject to the collaboration.
7. DISCLOSURE OF COMMERCIAL COLLABORATION
The affiliate is obligated to clearly disclose the commercial collaboration in all marketing material where an affiliate link, discount code, or other commercial tracking is used.
The disclosure must be clearly visible at the beginning of the publication.
Acceptable disclosures include, for example:
- "Ad / JVT Wellness"
- "Commercial collaboration / JVT Wellness"
- "Contains affiliate link / JVT Wellness"
A discount code or an affiliate link alone is not sufficient as a disclosure of commercial collaboration.
The disclosure obligation is based on consumer protection law and the guidelines of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.
Failure to disclose may lead to termination of the partnership and denial of commission.
8. CONTENT QUALITY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The affiliate is solely responsible for the content they produce.
The content must be:
- truthful
- transparent
- in accordance with good practices
- suitable for the JVT Wellness brand
- in accordance with these terms
JVT Wellness grants the affiliate a limited, non-exclusive right to use the marketing material provided by JVT Wellness within the framework of this affiliate program.
The affiliate may not modify the JVT Wellness logo, product images, videos, or other material in a misleading way.
The affiliate grants JVT Wellness the right to share and republish content produced for the affiliate program in JVT Wellness's own organic channels.
The use of content in paid advertising, the online store, product pages, or other broader commercial use will be agreed upon separately in writing.
The affiliate retains other rights to the content they produce themselves.
9. DENIAL OF COMMISSION
JVT Wellness reserves the right to deny commission if:
- the sale has occurred in violation of these terms
- the affiliate link or discount code has been technically manipulated
- the order has been made fraudulently or for abusive purposes
- the affiliate has used their own link or code for their own purchases
- the affiliate has used prohibited advertising
- the affiliate has shared the discount code on prohibited coupon or offer services
- the order is returned or cancelled
- there is a reasonable cause to suspect actions contrary to the program terms
JVT Wellness will notify the affiliate of the denial of commission and state the reason, unless notification compromises the investigation of the matter.
10. TERMINATION OF PARTNERSHIP
JVT Wellness may terminate the partnership immediately without prior notice in cases of serious breach of terms.
Serious breaches of terms include, for example:
- prohibited paid advertising
- misleading marketing
- promising medical effects
- misuse of a discount code
- spamming
- fraudulent activity
- self-purchasing to receive a commission
JVT Wellness may terminate the partnership without cause by giving the affiliate a 30-day written notice of termination.
In such a case, approved commissions accrued during the notice period will be paid to the affiliate as normal.
The affiliate may end their participation in the program by notifying JVT Wellness in writing.
11. DATA PROTECTION
JVT Wellness, i.e., JVT Production Oy, processes the personal data of affiliate partners in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The data processed includes, for example:
- contact information
- invoicing details
- usage and sales data of the affiliate portal
- information related to commission calculations
- information related to the management of the partnership
The data is used for the execution of the partnership agreement, invoicing, processing of payments, and administration of the program.
The legal basis for processing is the performance of the contract.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS
JVT Wellness reserves the right to update these terms.
Affiliates will be notified of essential changes in advance within a reasonable time.
If a change lowers the affiliate's commission percentage or essentially affects the affiliate's earnings potential, an effort will be made to notify the affiliate at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
Technical, clarifying changes, or changes that improve the transparency of calculation can be implemented with a shorter notice period if the change does not lower the agreed commission percentage.
By continuing in the program after the changes take effect, the affiliate accepts the updated terms.
13. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiations between the parties.
If no settlement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in the District Court of Rauma.
