How to use a neck stretcher correctly at home

Usage Hurts Too Much

The product won't stay in place

Find the right spot by placing your hands on the back of your head and moving your thumbs to the base of your skull. Feel the base of the skull on both sides of the vertebrae, and you may find a spot that feels sensitive or sore.

Place the Atlas neck stretcher on the sensitive or sore spot you found, so that it points diagonally towards your head.

Sit down and slowly tilt your chin towards your chest.

Gently lower yourself to a lying position.

Make sure the Atlas is now in the correct position. Lie on your back with the Atlas under your neck. Remember to breathe deeply and calmly.

Note: If the headache has started gradually, is related to postural strain (e.g., sitting at a computer), and periodically eases, the device is safe to use. The Atlas neck stretcher is not a toy. Keep it out of reach of children, do not modify it, and note that it is intended only for the cervical spine vertebrae. The product is not a medical device.

NOTE! TREATMENT TIME 1-2 MINUTES.
