Limitation of Liability

The seller's liability for compensation to the buyer is limited to the amount the buyer has paid for the device. Unless otherwise required by mandatory legislation, the seller shall not be liable for any damage to property, person, or economic loss caused by the use of the product to the buyer or any third party. The seller is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. The device is not a medical device. The user of the device uses it at their own risk. Before using the device, the user is obliged to seek a medical professional's assessment of the individual patient's best possible treatment and rehabilitation, as well as the suitability of the device for the user. The buyer and the user of the device are advised to carefully review the device's user instructions before use. In case of any uncertainties, the buyer is requested to promptly contact the seller in writing before commencing the use of the device.
