Here's how the pilot progresses
-
Week 1
Survey and start
We map out the company's needs, number of employees, and pilot size.
For companies with over 250 employees, we recommend at least 50 testers to ensure sufficiently reliable results.
We deliver the products and the initial survey designed by neurologist Markku Nissilä.
-
Week 5
Interpellation
We will conduct an interim survey after approximately 4 weeks of use.
With this survey, we will monitor usage, perceived benefits, and how the products have integrated into daily work.
-
Week 9
Final questionnaire and compilation of results
At the end of the pilot, we will collect data from a new survey.
We will compare the results with the baseline survey and compile a report on usage, perceived benefits, and potential effects on perceived well-being and absenteeism.
-
Week 10
Review of results
We will go through the results with the company and provide a clear summary of the pilot.
Based on the results, a decision can be made on whether to extend the use to the entire company, selected units, or specific job roles.
