Delivery method and shipping costs

The shipping costs include postage and packaging charges. Postage costs start from 4.90 €. We deliver orders as packages. The package can be tracked using the tracking number. For more information on Posti's package options, charges, and transport methods, please visit: http://www.posti.fi/

If you do not pick up the package on time, it will be returned to us. A package that has not been picked up is not a cancellation of the order. We will charge delivery and handling fees starting from 8.30€ if the package is not picked up and is returned to us.

Payment service provider

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as the implementer of the payment handling service and as the payment service provider in collaboration with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payment recipient on your bank statement or credit card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a license to operate as a payment institution. In the event of complaints, please contact the product supplier primarily.
