Refund policy

You have a 14-day return policy for our products. However, the product can only be returned if it is in perfect resalable and flawless condition. You must always contact us for instructions on the return. Without an agreement, we will not refund returned goods, and the cost of the return will be at the customer's expense. Returning a product is free of charge for the customer if the product has been delivered and can be returned as a postal package. If the product is larger or has been delivered in another way, the customer is responsible for the shipping and return costs. If the return is accepted, the refund will be made to the same payment method used for the order.
