Warranty Terms

The warranty period for products is 6 months. The warranty period starts from the delivery of the products. Within the warranty framework, the seller will, at its discretion, either repair or replace defective products at its own expense. Repair or replacement under warranty does not extend the warranty period.

UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY MANDATORY LEGISLATION, THE AGREEMENT DOES NOT INCLUDE OTHER WARRANTIES. THE SELLER EXPRESSLY DENIES THAT THE PRODUCT IS SUITABLE FOR ANY SPECIFIC PURPOSE OR THAT IT MEETS THE CUSTOMER'S SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS. THE SELLER'S LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS OR ERRORS IS LIMITED TO FULFILLING THE WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS AS PER THIS SECTION. IF THE SELLER IS UNABLE TO REPAIR THE DEFECT OR ERROR, OR IF THE REPAIR WOULD CAUSE UNREASONABLE COSTS, THE SELLER MAY, AT ITS DISCRETION, GRANT A PRICE REDUCTION CORRESPONDING TO THE ERROR OR CANCEL THE SALE.
