Atlas Care is intended for adults who suffer from neck and shoulder tension, tension headaches or migraine symptoms. It is especially suitable for office workers, those who look down a lot (e.g. students, craftsmen, barbers) and anyone who is prone to neck muscle tightness.

For those under 18 years of age, we recommend use only under the guidance of a physiotherapist or doctor, as the vertebrae are not yet fully developed.

Atlas Care is not suitable for people with a serious neck or spinal injury, rheumatism, a recent cervical fracture, or other similar diagnoses. In uncertain situations, it is a good idea to verify suitability with a healthcare professional.

How often and for how long should you use the device?

We recommend starting with short periods of 1–2 minutes once a day. As your body gets used to it, you can increase the time to 2–3 minutes a day. The most important thing is to listen to your body and let your neck adjust in peace.

Does it feel uncomfortable to use at first?

This is normal, especially if your neck muscles are very tight. Many customers report that after a few uses, their body gets used to it and the device becomes relaxing.

Can Atlas Care be used in bed or on a sofa?

The best results are achieved on a hard surface (e.g. the floor) as this will ensure the device stays firmly in place. If necessary, it can be used on a bed, sofa or yoga mat, but its effectiveness may be slightly reduced.

Can the product be used if there are illnesses or injuries?

Can a child or young person use the device?

We recommend use for adults. For those under 18, it is a good idea to first discuss the causes of headaches with a doctor or physiotherapist, as a young person's body recovers differently and their vertebrae are still developing.

What do I do if the device feels too high?

What if the device doesn't help right away?
