What does Atlas Care help with?

Atlas Care is designed to relax the muscles at the base of the skull, which often become tense and cause neck tension, tension headaches and migraine symptoms. The device works preventively and provides relief after just a few minutes of use.

Is Atlas Care a medical device?

No, Atlas Care is not a medical device. It is a wellness product that offers a natural and drug-free way to relieve neck stiffness and the symptoms of headaches and migraines.

How often and for how long should you use the device?

We recommend starting with short periods of 1–2 minutes once a day. As your body gets used to it, you can increase the time to 2–3 minutes a day. The most important thing is to listen to your body and let your neck adjust in peace.

Does it feel uncomfortable to use at first?

This is normal, especially if your neck muscles are very tight. Many customers report that after a few uses, their body gets used to it and the device becomes relaxing.

Can Atlas Care be used in bed or on a sofa?

The best results are achieved on a hard surface (e.g. the floor) as this will ensure the device stays firmly in place. If necessary, it can be used on a bed, sofa or yoga mat, but its effectiveness may be slightly reduced.

Can the product be used if there are illnesses or injuries?

If you have a serious cervical spine injury, a recent fracture, nerve damage, rheumatism, or are unsure about the suitability of the device, we always recommend that you speak with a doctor or physiotherapist before use.

Can a child or young person use the device?

We recommend use for adults. For those under 18, it is a good idea to first discuss the causes of headaches with a doctor or physiotherapist, as a young person's body recovers differently and their vertebrae are still developing.

What do I do if the device feels too high?

What if the device doesn't help right away?

Atlas Care often works preventively. Sometimes the effect is noticeable immediately, sometimes only after several uses. We recommend giving the device at least a week of regular use before making a final assessment.
